Day 1
Arrive & settle in Afternoon arrival, welcome session, movement assessment and group dinner.
Day 2
Full training day Morning strength session, midday guided walk, afternoon mobility work, evening meal together.
Day 3
Final session & depart Morning movement session, breakfast, programme debrief and departure by midday.

Five days. Sun, sea
and serious training.

A private villa on the quieter side of Ibiza. Early mornings, outdoor sessions, sea swimming and long evenings. The training is structured and progressive. Everything else is exactly what a week away should be.
